When you browse this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, only to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
When you buy
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, collects the details needed to take your payment and handle tax: your name, email address, country, billing details and payment method. Paddle handles them under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country and order details. We use them to deliver your product, to answer your questions and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
When you write to us
We use your message and email address to answer you, and for nothing else.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers to run the shop: website hosting, file storage for downloads and email delivery. They may only use your data to provide that service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 7 years.
- Emails you send us: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, under its own policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California law, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to admin@nestdigitalstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
This website and our products are not directed at children under 16.
