1. Who we are

Nest Digital Studio is a trading name of Fun Books Publisher LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at admin@nestdigitalstudio.com.

2. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also accept the Paddle buyer terms.

3. What you buy

We sell digital products: software, plugins, templates and downloadable files. The product page describes what is included and any requirements, such as the software version a plugin needs. Please read it before you buy.

4. Your licence

When your payment is complete you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product in the way its product page describes. Unless the product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part.

Software released under an open-source licence, such as the GNU General Public License, is governed by that licence. A copy of it is included with the download.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, straight after payment, through a download link. If the link does not work, write to us and we will send a new one.

6. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, Paddle may add sales tax or VAT at checkout. The total you pay is shown before you confirm the order.

7. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. The details are in our refund policy.

8. Updates and support

If a product includes updates or support, the product page says so and for how long. We do not promise updates or support beyond what the product page states.

9. Our responsibility

We test every product before we sell it, but we cannot promise that it will suit every purpose or work with every setup. To the extent the law allows, products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

10. Using this website

You may not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for resale.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the day of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
